1. Be yourself. Respect other people.
Use accurate age and account information. Be respectful, accept a “no” and stop contacting someone who does not want to engage. Impersonation, hate, harassment, stalking, threats and sharing someone’s private information are prohibited.
2. Adults only. Protect children.
You must be 18 or older. We prohibit child sexual abuse material, exploitation, grooming, sexual extortion and content that sexualises or endangers a minor, including generated or manipulated material. Read our Child Safety Standards and report suspected violations.
3. Share responsibly.
Only share material you have the right and consent to share. Do not post non-consensual intimate images, sexual solicitation, explicit sexual material, violence, illegal goods or content promoting abuse or trafficking. Never pressure someone to share intimate content or pay to avoid disclosure.
4. Keep scams out.
No fraudulent profiles, requests for financial assistance, phishing, investment schemes, spam or deceptive promotions. Do not buy, sell or trade accounts or digital items outside authorised features. Never ask another person for passwords, verification codes or full card details.
5. Use the service fairly.
Do not scrape profiles, automate interactions without permission, evade bans, bypass paid entitlements or attempt to access someone else’s data. A purchase does not buy another person’s consent, attention or an offline relationship.
6. Report. Get help. Appeal.
Use the app’s report option or email service@hoyoo.cc with the account or content identifier and a short explanation. Do not circulate harmful content to prove a report.
We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts in response to violations, and cooperate with relevant authorities as required. If you think we made a mistake, contact the same address and explain the decision you want reviewed.
