Hoyoo is for adults 18+. Keep your account information accurate, respect consent and other people’s boundaries, and never pressure someone to share content or continue a conversation. A match is an invitation to say hello, not an obligation.
Look after yourself.
Keep your password and verification codes private. Be cautious about requests for money, investments or moving a conversation elsewhere. Avoid sharing financial details, your home address or intimate material you would not want reshared. If you decide to meet, choose a public place, tell someone you trust and make your own travel arrangements.
When something feels wrong.
Use the report option in Hoyoo or email service@hoyoo.cc. Give the relevant account or content identifier and a short explanation. For an immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation. Do not forward suspected CSAM; tell us where it occurred instead.
